At Keller International, we stand behind the quality of our professional beauty equipment and salon furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery to ensure your business continues to run smoothly.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer service team with your order number and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Ensure all items are securely packed in their original, unassembled condition and include all original packaging materials, manuals, and hardware.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the crate or box and ship the items back to our distribution center using a tracked freight or parcel carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
